This is a photo after my workout today. I completed week 6 and I am so excited. My plan was to do workout 6.3 yesterday, but I was exhausted and didn't even try.
All last week, I have been having doubts about my ability. Today, however while I was working out, it hit me. When I first started training for this 5K, I could hardly run 1 minute. Today, I ran(jogged) for 20 minutes without stopping! I had to remind myself that I had improved with every workout and that I would continue to improve with every future workout. I can do this!
